Link you provided seems more like a tax deduction/marketing/or maybe revenue vehicle for the company as the program has a cost to the student &lt;A href="https://bootcamp.ccc.edu/cybersecurity/&amp;nbsp;" target="_blank"&gt;https://bootcamp.ccc.edu/cybersecurity/&amp;nbsp;&lt;/A&gt; .Offering free courses and certification with maybe some kind of hiring commitment at the end seems fair but often is at a reduced labor rate and there might be catches if a student fails (e.g. pays back course/boot camp fees).&amp;nbsp; I have noticed companies often have HR teams at colleges to attrack IT students.&amp;nbsp; Maybe a better option might be to have a program/course at a high school (after hours) which leads to job at a company (internship/full time job) which leads to college degree (tuition assitance/&lt;SPAN class="st"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;paid sabbatical&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;) -$00.02&lt;/P&gt;</description>
