Citrix is looking for a passionate, results-oriented Security Principal Technical Program Manager to join our team.

This role relies on strong analytical and planning skills and broad technical understanding of security domains.

As the principal Technical Program Manager for Security, You will play key role in establishing best-practices and SOP on Cybersecurity operations activities - incident response, vulnerability management, analysis, threat hunting, event management, and recovery using a DevSecOps model to integrate Engineering, DevOps, SRE and Cybersecurity Operations into a secure cloud service delivery program.

What You’ll Do

Define and implement cyber security programs related to Incident response, vulnerability management, event management, threat analysis to protect customer data on the cloud.
Drive security issues to resolution through continuous engagement with internal stakeholders including engineering, operations
Lead initiatives to streamline, automate and scale to meet the challenges of an evolving threat landscape
Collaborate with Technical Program Managers across Engineering to align product development and operational process with security programs.
Provide metrics and dashboards to report health of the programs to internal stakeholders and executives.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

2+ years of dedicated experience managing security programs on the cloud and 6+ years of overall Program Management experience.

Cloud background with a passion for Security Operations.

Experience with security monitoring tools, incident management tools, orchestration, automation, logging platforms and application performance tools such as Alert Logic, Dome9, NewRelic, Splunk, SumoLogic, Azure Security Center, Swimlane, etc.

Exposure to public cloud platforms - Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Compute Platform

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with security frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, Microsoft Secure Development Lifecycle.

Security Certification is a plus........
