Upon searching for this pub in NIST's website, I found that it is not there or no longer there. Does anyone know what happened? Is it no longer valid? I was going to review it for CCSP exam purposes. Thank you much.

It's a legacy doc that was published in 2011 so I wouldn't use it for studying. Most likely language used, and terms have changed since then. The official (ISC)2 and CCSK materials is all you need.
