Trouble with learn.isc2.org

Is anyone else having problems with the learn.isc2.org courses? when I click on a link to take a course I am receiving this error.

Error: Not authorized

You are not authorized to view the page you are trying to reach.

If you believe you encountered this page in error, and that you should have access to the resource you are trying to access, contact technical support."

I reported it to tech support almost a month ago and they still have not resolved it. I am also unable to register for any free for members classes as it takes me to page to pay for them. And finally the few courses I was able to complete it does not show the CPE credit that I earned in my dashboard.

When i click the link for my training course i get the below error

Error: Failed to get the organization's external ID provider.

Hi Matt, found that you faced the same issue I have now, no access, no support response ... Can you share how was this resolved?
