HI,

I have completed a Lab course on learn.isc2.org but I see that the CPE credits have not been recorded

Please can someone provide me a mail Id who can help with this?

They clearly state that it can take several weeks before the CPEs are recorded.

How long ago did you do the lab? If its 4-6 weeks ago, you need to calm down. If its longer, check with Customer Service.

I completed the course on ISC2 portal on March 20, 2023

I reached out to the customer service and they suggested to add it manually

It is now available in my dashboard
