BrightTalk CPEs for CCSP CPE requirements

Hello,

I hold both the CISSP and CCSP certifications.

(ISC)2 BrightTalk webcasts are automatically being applied to my (ISC)2 account as Group A credits against my CISSP. All good so far.

The same BrightTalk webcasts are NOT being applied to my CCSP.

Is this correct?

I understood that relevant Group A credits could be used for both certifications.

All auto-submitted CPEs should (rightly or wrongly) get applied to all of your certifications. As I don't believe there is a way for a vendor submitting on your behalf to be selective.

When does your CCSP 3-year cycle start? My guess is it's not active yet and therefore no CPEs can be applied against it.

Ah, that makes sense - after looking at the portal more carefully, I see that my CCSP three year cycle shows as running from Jan 2023 to Dec 2025. That would explain why CPE's aren't being applied to it - it hasn't started yet!
