Add Free for Members not working

Hello I'm trying to enroll in Free for Members courses on this page https://www.isc2.org/professional-development/skill-builders/security-operations

When I click the "Free for Members" button, I'm redirected to the website https://learn.isc2.org/d2l/home But the course is not added to the list of My Courses

I tried with two different browsers, same problem

Any help please ?
