Adding Free for Members course not working

Hello
I'm trying to enroll in Free for Members courses on this page https://www.isc2.org/professional-development/skill-builders/security-operations

When I click the "Free for Members" button, I'm redirected to the website https://learn.isc2.org/d2l/home
But the course is not added to the list of My Courses that I can start taking

I tried already with two different browsers, same problem

Any suggestion?

They are able to review your account, etc and hopefully offer a fix.

I had the same problem initially and called support. We both found my error was two fold…

1-My official start date was the first of the following month. Since I passed the first few days of the month, I had to wait for the following month before the skill building classes were loadable.

2-I was clicking the wrong link. By going through Continuing Education > All Continuing Education and selecting a skill builder bundle; I was redirected through a checkout basket that has cost rather than free to members.

You have two options: Go to “keep learning” link under ‘my courses’ where all the initial work was done for the CC studies. This link redirects to learn.isc2.org. After clicking the ‘keep learning’ where you will see “Hello NAME!” that greets you; find SKILL BUILDERS in the persistent green RIBBON. This is where you can add the skill builder courses one at a time to your class list for free and earn 0.5 or more CPE after completing successfully under your dashboard. I found the process to take about 5-6 weeks to be posted to your dashboard CPE points tracker.

So yeah! Stick close to learn.isc2.org

Also the new bi-monthly News & Insights CPE Quiz for May -June 2923 has just been posted which will earn you 1CPE after successfully passing.

In this way I'm able to add courses to My Courses.
