There was a problem processing your authentication.

When i want to check out a Training, I get redirected to https://learn.isc2.org/d2l/lp/auth/saml/error.

The page says:

Your username/password was invalid or your particular user does not exist on our system.

If you have any questions please see your system administrator.

Anyone an idea how to solve this problem?

Many ideas… so many, like overripe strawberries in rainy fields that can only be harvested economically by educated poodles on a break from the circus…

But after clearing cache, restarting etc you should contact member support.

You can post here, so at least some of it works.

If you’ve recently become a member it might take some time for things to activate.
