    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to ask for guidance regarding an unexpected issue with my CISSP exam payment status.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently received a notice from ISC2 Exam Administration stating that my CISSP exam from &lt;STRONG&gt;October 30, 2025&lt;/STRONG&gt; is currently marked as &lt;STRONG&gt;“unpaid”&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and that payment must be completed by &lt;STRONG&gt;December 16, 2025&lt;/STRONG&gt;, otherwise the exam result may be invalidated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here are the details of the situation:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I &lt;STRONG&gt;rebooked the exam through Pearson VUE&lt;/STRONG&gt;, the system &lt;STRONG&gt;did not request any additional payment&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;A &lt;STRONG&gt;discount&lt;/STRONG&gt; was automatically applied, and the final amount shown was &lt;STRONG&gt;0 USD&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;I have a screenshot confirming this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did &lt;STRONG&gt;not receive any warning or notification&lt;/STRONG&gt; from Pearson VUE or ISC2 indicating that a payment was missing.&lt;BR /&gt;Because of this, I assumed everything was correct and completed the exam as scheduled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was instructed to pay via &lt;STRONG&gt;Wise (wire transfer)&lt;/STRONG&gt;, but using Wise is difficult for me.&lt;BR /&gt;I asked whether it is possible to make the payment through the &lt;STRONG&gt;ISC2 dashboard&lt;/STRONG&gt; or another official secure payment link, but I have not yet received clear alternatives.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also learned that the ISC2 representative who contacted me is currently on leave, so I have forwarded the matter to support for further clarification.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am concerned about the &lt;STRONG&gt;approaching deadline&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and I want to ensure this issue is resolved properly.&lt;BR /&gt;This situation did not occur due to any action or negligence on my part, as the system clearly displayed 0 USD during rebooking.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;My questions to the community:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone experienced a similar issue where Pearson VUE applied a discount and showed 0 USD, but the exam was later marked as unpaid?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this a known system behavior when rescheduling after a canceled appointment?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are there any &lt;STRONG&gt;alternative payment methods&lt;/STRONG&gt; besides Wise that ISC2 accepts in such situations?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any insights or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
