The community "badges" system does not show that you have earned a cc. Have you:

1) Registered to take an exam at a PearsonVue testing facility

2) Shown up at the PearsonVue testing center at the appointed time and submitted to a palm vein scan.

3) Accept the NDA and taken the exam on their computer.

3) Received a piece of paper stating that you provisionally passed.

4) A day or few later received a "congratulations, you did actually pass" email.

5) Followed the emailed instructions to complete the "endorsement" process.

6) Paid the first Annual Maintenance Fee ($50, unless waived).

If you have not completed all the above, you have not yet been Certified in Cybersecurity and therefore have no digital certificate to pick up.

If you have, there is a problem that will need to be addressed by Member Support, using the information in the "Contact" link at the bottom of this page.

@Abinhav169 The process is documented on the ISC2 site, but people often get confused on the $50. When sign up for the program, you get a free year of membership if you do nothing else. Membership is $50 a year. When pass any ISC2 exam, you must pay the AMF (Annual Maintenance Fee) before the certification is further processed as your screen shots also indicate. For the CC that happens to be $50 and will be each year. So after you pay that, and ISC2 processes it, they will inform you that you are certified. After that you can access your soft copy certificate.

Congratulations on passing the exam. It is a good first step.

Yes you pay a AMF that keeps your cert valid this was explained when you passed and paid the first years fee you also need to keep submitting your CPE points for you learning for the CC its 45 points in 3 years

@Abhinav169 No, not at all. I think that you might be getting hung up on the $50. There are two different things, membership and AMFs. You were given a free one year membership. Whether you did anything else, that $50 membership was given to you no cost. In addition at no cost you were given self-study training and an exam voucher. So you were given a few hundred dollars worth of free things. An AMF is totally different. You pay those as part of a certification. So if you paid it today, once your request was processed and let’s say they completed that in 4 weeks, then your AMF would be good for 1 year from the first of the month after everything is processed. That is the date on your certificate as well. You are not the only one that has been confused by both of them being $50. I have explained it to others. I know is not the answer that you want but is what is happening. For every other ISC2 certification, the AMF is $135 which we pay to get and keep our certifications. So $50 is fairly reasonable to have an ISC2 certification.

@Abhinav169 That may be correct and thank you for sharing what you see. When I earned my first ISC2 certification, we had to pay our AMF by the end of the continuing education year. Ours started when our certificate for the certification was awarded, always the first of the next month after processing. I passed the exam in December 2012. They finished processing my endorsement in January 2013; so my certificate showed February 1, 2013, and my AMF was due by January 31, 2014. The change happened in 2019 on AMF payments and had to pay at the beginning to become certified. So I am not sure if the date on yours reflects a change on when the AMF clock starts or not but seems a reasonable guess. Yes, all of that detail to say am not sure. I would love to know if anyone else can tell me how theirs worked on their first certification since mine was different.
