Passed but didn't receive certificate and can't see results

I passed CC exam on 14 may at 10:00A.M in Baku time. But still haven’t got any future instructions about assistance to get my certificate or payment for getting certificate.

It's been 60 hours and more.

When I passed, I received an email that I passed and to pay the AMF.

Hello.

Don't worry. You will receive the results soon.
I took the test on a saturday and received the confirmation on the next friday. Almost a week.

I contacted ISC2 because the email never got to me but looking at Pearson, it had said it was a pass. Once I talked to an ISC2 support staff, they just mentioned to me to do the next step which was to complete the application and pay the $50.00.

Hope that helps, I had waited a couple of weeks before calling.

I haven't received my cc certificate, I wrote the exam in september and I have not received the certificate yet in december, can some one help me

You should contact ISC2 support here “https://www.isc2.org/contact-us”as well as make sure you’ve paid the annual membership fee.

If you have not paid the annual membership fee for the CC certification there may be a delay in getting your badge added to your ISC2 profile.
