I have passed CC exam yesterday, It was mid difficult, but I got marked Provisionally passed examination. and subject to further psychometric and forensic evaluation. Is it same for everyone or there is some cases ISC2 do this, if yes under what condition ISC2 do this

That's normal. You should get an email in a few days with simple instructions as to what you need to do to complete the CC Certification process.

Note that as you progress with ISC2 Certifications, when you pass the test, it will be provisional, however there will be more to do to complete the process.

Never. It is graded pass/fail.
