I successfully passed the CC exam, how to get my score and my certificate and is that I have to pay 50 dollars (Certification Annual Maintenance Fee) and is that there is a way to get a certificate and my score without paying the 50 dollars.

To be pedantic, your current status is "provisionally passed". The next steps are for (ISC)² to do a final grading and then to email your final results, which presumably will be "passed". Along with it will come the next-step instructions, which will be to complete an attestation and to pay the AMF, after which you will be able to download your certification certificate from the member portal.

The one thing you will not receive is a numerical score. They are not released, eliminating any risk of one-upmanship. One is either a CC or one is not.
