Where is the advice for Endorsers?

I have been asked to endorse a coworker's application for certification.

The web site has instructions for the applicant to pursue endorsement, but I can't find instructions for the certificate holder.

I think there would be value in providing instructions for mentors. Any suggestions, other than sharing my certificate number with the applicant?

Apologies for not seeing this earlier, but after I posted my previous request, I did find a write-up by Radioteacher from mid-2018 on his experiences endorsing a candidate. Search for the tag "Endorser".

I hope this will be summarized and codified and added to the web site. I think it would be valuable for other endorsers and mentors.
