How old can be the 'reach back' ? How many years? Is there an age limit ?

@testior Those are great questions! The answer to both is no. We do not have an age limit and your experience can be from any point in your career, as long as it meets the experience requirements for the certification you are pursuing. To confirm, if your work experience is from 20 years ago, that is still experience that can be used to meet the certification requirements.
