How long does "Proccesing" usually take?

I've passed my exam and applied for an endorsement. I do not know any ISC2 crdential holders so I have requested that ISC2 endorse my application.

But It's been a month and there hasn't been any movement. The Endorsement Home Page shows:

>Endorsement Applications Being Processed

>>Your application has been received but processing by ISC2 has not yet started.

Is anyone aware of a timeline for this process? I don't want to hit the application time limit of 9 months.

On the off chance that ISC2 doesn't endorse my application I should still be able to apply as an Associate correct?

Typically, the endorsement review process runs around 4-6 weeks. Please note that there will be no interim status provided. If additional information is required or when endorsement team approved the application, you will receive an email notification from the team.
