Formal Pass Email not Received

Hi there, I provisionally passed the exam on Wednesday, April 23, 2025. However, I have yet to receive any formal email to initiate the endorsement process, and getting that started. Does the ISC2 team have any comments or feedback? Thanks!

Hello @jtang08, I am having the same experience with ISC2. I provisionally passed the CC on April 22, 2025 and until not I have not received any email correspondence from ISC2 after calling and emailing all the contacts provided.

I am hoping that by posting here, I can receive some help.

Submitted my endorsement for CISSP on April 29th and application got endorsed along and approved on May 9, 2025! ISC2 is definitely quick with the approval process if you have an endorser and outline in detail the job duties.

I am having same issue. I sat for and provisionally passed my CC Exam on the 29th of April, 2025 and till now I have not received any official email after sending emails on this issue to examadministration@isc2.org and Customer Service.

Can someone, please help in resolving this issue?

I am not the official ISC2 support. I was having the same issue that you are having after taking the CC exam.

Clear your browser cache.

Navigate to the following link and click on the 'Certification Application' link: see below.

https://www.isc2.org/endorsement

If that fails you can follow the advice of, @Spirnia and @Kaity. I have copied the advice below for you.
