Delay Between Passing CISSP and Ability to Submit Endorsement?

Good afternoon folks!

On Saturday (4/15), I passed the exam for the CISSP certification. I received the email that I'd passed a couple hours later, which told me to go do the Endorsement step. However, when trying to complete the Endorsement step, I received an error that said I had to have passed the test within the last 9 months. You'd HOPE that since they sent me that confirmation email that sent me to the Endorsement process that they know I passed, but I decided to try again today (4/17) reasoning that maybe there was some sort of processing delay since I took the exam on a weekend. After trying about every other hour today, I'm still not getting anything other than this error.

So my question is, is there a known delay for this that I just need to hang tight on, or is this something that I need to shake the tree at support to get help with? I really want to get this squared away, as I may have a job promotion riding on proof of certification 🙂
