Cannot verify member details for getting endorsement

I just passed my CCSP exam and was looking at completing the next step of endorsement. I typed the endorser’s last name and his membership ID but am unable to verify. My endorser has his certification of CISSP from 2020 and is also an associate.

any help would be appreciated.

The application must be endorsed and digitally signed by an (ISC)² certified professional (not an associate). If you do not know an (ISC)² certified professional in good standing, (ISC)² can act as an endorser for you. The (ISC)² certified professional is anyone who:

Is able to attest to your professional experience
Is an active (ISC)² credential holder in good standing
