Name updating

Hey guys,

I provisionally passed on CISSP exam and have already found someone to endorse-me. The thing is: I noticed my name is wrong in (ISC)2 portal, so I've sent an email to member support asking for an update.

Should I proceed with the endorsement process while the name is being updated? I'm afraid of getting the wrong name printed on the certificate.

It'll probably be easier to leagally change your name ...

yeah, shame that even after a year from this post, the situation remains same!! I'm struggling to schedule my exam because of this name mismatch issue and all i hear from support is wait 72 hours (waited multiple times), yet nothing has happened. Disappointed with ISC2, even before I start my journey with them. 😕

So what happened did u get your name change or not .... im having the same issue and I did talk to them

No short-cuts. Had to wait till they resolve the issue, which took 3 x 72 hours. However, I noticed that call support is highly efficient rather emails.
