Working on CISSP Endorsement, I have the documents showing my work experience. The issue is the manager I had at one location for 13 years is retired and no longer works for the company. Its IT department was outsourced to two different companies over the last 8 years, so no one there knows me on a personal level and my work experience. What do you put when it asks for your Manager, and their email address and phone number?

I also worked for one of the outsourced companies and my manager was always in another state and never knew what I did at the client site.

I just don't know what to put for the Manager information they want.

You can put your HR department's contact information instead of the managers.

If you have more endorsement questions, you can reach out to programs@isc2.org.
